The contractors affiliated with the Oregon Builder Network are not employees or agents of the Oregon Builder Network, nor is the Oregon Builder Network an agent of the contractors. The Oregon Builder Network does not perform and is not responsible for any of the services requested by you in your project submission. When you enter into a contract with any contractor, your rights are governed by the terms of that contract and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any contractor, you must address the dispute with the contractor or the contractor's representatives directly.
